An event looks wrong or was canceled

Event details come from ticketing platforms and venues and can change quickly. Use "Report an issue" on the event's page in the app, and always confirm details on the official ticket or venue page before heading out.

No events show up for my city

We currently cover nearly 100 US markets and add more regularly. If your city is missing or looks thin, email us — city requests genuinely shape what we add next.

Location isn't working

Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → OnTheTown. You can also skip location entirely and type any city or zip code in the search field.

I run a venue / want to list my event

Open the app's Profile tab → "List your event," or email us. Listings are free; promoted placement is available for businesses that want top-of-feed visibility.
